- Payment information: processed by Stripe; we receive customer IDs and subscription status, not full card numbers.
- User content: reviews, forum posts, messages, votes, and promotional content you submit.
- Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, IP address, and cookies (see below).
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service
- Process payments and manage memberships
- Send service announcements, security alerts, receipts, and account-related messages
- Send promotional emails only where permitted by law and your choices (see Section 6)

- Analyze usage when you accept analytics cookies

3. Cookies

We retain account and content data while your account is active. If you delete your account or we terminate it, we may retain certain records as required for legal, billing, or abuse-prevention purposes.

- Opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Creating an account does not require marketing consent; we only send promotional email where allowed by law
- Request account closure or deletion of personal data by emailing support@rollventure.com
- Contact us to request access or correction of personal data where applicable
7. California & U.S. Residents
Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, delete, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. To exercise these rights, email support@rollventure.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and accounts require users to be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@rollventure.com.
